Our Story
S & A Excavation, LLC is a family owned & operated business that started in 2020. Growing up, this industry was integral in our lives for generations, both past & present. With over 20 years experience combined, we specialize in excavation, grading & site preparation for residential & commercial projects in northern Arizona & the greater Phoenix areas. Residential / Commercial Site Work
We offer a wide range of services for residential and Commercial construction projects. Custom house pads, Machine stacked boulder retaining walls, French drain systems, Septic systems, Retention / detention basins, Storm drain systems, Primary / Secondary conduit installation and Proofing. Under slab trenching, Plumbing yard line trenching, Propane tank holes, Grinder pump holes, Rough grading and Finish grading.
Roadway
We pioneer and build new roads and can create or improve Right of Ways. We have a grand understanding with a detail to attention of providing bluetop sub grade for roads, parking lots, curb and gutter and sidewalks. We excel in experience with culvert install, clean out and or replacement.
Underground Utilities
With contracts in both Northern & Southern AZ, we provide services to APS with distribution jobs, emergent jobs, & planned transmission line work. We're capable of power pole & material hauling along with electrical equipment, heavy machinery, and bore machines. We have certified & authorized journeyman lineman and crews to perform Substation Maintenance & Underground utility work. Additionally, our Fiber-Optic division offers services currently to T-Mobile and other communication companies.
